Applied Technical Services, the company's original mission was to offer clients

employees, we expanded our services and changed our name to encompass this new

The severe economic impact along the Gulf Coast during the early
1980's reaffirmed WORKNET's vision for the tremendous need for temporary help,
not only in the economically depressed oil industry, but also in other
industrial and clerical sectors. This vision of the multi-faceted uses of
temporary help fostered the commitment to build a national network of affiliated
and company personnel firms.
